I am MUCH better today....I did something dumb last week and caused myself grief and worry, and then I lost sleep, got cranky and caused unnecessary arguments. I was like a wrecking ball ~ accidentally ~ I just kept making things worse. I was on a roll.
A very early night made a big difference.....I seem to have returned to the less nutty version of myself again.
