As long as the gas bubble is still there, it will be tough to see much of anything. My mood has improved this past week. I've been sleeping better at night and taking frequent breaks during the day. I've also been able to walk outside more frequently, which helps a lot. Next check-up is 2 weeks from today, so hopefully I'll see some improvement by then.
