Happy to say I had a very calm, chilled and sober New Years Eve. No drinking and crying by midnight feeling lonely and angry with the world. Those days are gone. The last few NYE I was so sad and drinking certainly didn’t help my feelings of isolation and loneliness. Nothing was different this year as I was again on my own but everything was different at the same time.
