Hello from 2019!
Saw the new year in with a couple of friends, a fairly sedate affair these days.
If anyone reads this and knows they should quit and wants to quit it can be done, I don't think there are too many people around that are significantly worse an alcoholic than me and I had real doubts if I could make it. Without being complacent I do feel something like a boxer who made a successful comeback. I reclaimed a part of my life that booze stole from me.
