I made it to 2019 without a drink and am very relieved it’s over. An invisible weight has lifted off my shoulders. I still feel sad for missing my Mum and Dad, but am very relieved 2018 is behind me, and I can start a new chapter. This is the first New Years Day that I haven’t been hungover in more than 30 years!
I am grateful to wake up sober, fresh and healthy.
Let 2019 be a good year.
