Hi FlyersFan, glad you're back. I also deal with anxiety, and it has definitely lessened since being sober. The first few days you may feel more anxious, but I promise it will pass. I find walking/hiking helpful, something about being outdoors even for a quick walk can clear my mind. Also, I have found mindfulness to be a very helpful tool. A lot of my anxiety was worrying about the future, or what had happened in the past. Focusing on the here and now and what I can control has been very helpful.
