You keep screwing up because you keep drinking as an option. That isn't said to be snarky, but it is the truth. Until alcohol is no longer an option, chances are you will keep going back to it.
What kind of support do you have? What is your plan? Are you using AA, AVRT, therapy, or some other kind of face to face support? We all need support, even after we break the cycle of drinking. Alcoholism never goes away, but it can go into remission if you never, ever take another drink.
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back on the sobriety horse. Start working on a plan so this doesn't happen again. Good luck to you and we are always here if you need support or just to vent.
