Basically, no one can give you medical advice here. Particularly something like hypoglycemia, you are best to discuss your concerns with your doctor so you can be tested accordingly.
Things like passing out, fainting, etc. are so serious, you know it's best not to Google diagnose on those things. Be honest with your doctor that you are withdrawing from alcohol (if you haven't already), and ask what some good steps might be to monitor your symptoms and report back to your doc or health nurse.
