What is this insomnia all about. I absolutely did everything I could think of to get to sleep, but there I was at 3:30 am, WIDE AWAKE. Didn't drink, not that it didn't occur to me, but I didn't give in. Day 18 is here, and hopefully I can keep up the good work.
Is insomnia to be expected during the first couple of weeks of recovery?
