I arrived after 5-1/2 hours of driving and been helping out with the caregiving since I arrived. Caring for a child with a disability is not easy and I am glad I am able to lend a hand. I am getting a crash course in all of this, as well as caring for the 3 dogs, too.
My family are non-drinkers yet there is a bottle of Tito's in the freezer which I understand was a leftover from a visit by the in-laws of my sister-in-law recently. Funny that I just looked at it and pulled out the homemade ice cream as I had planned. I didn't even think twice about it.
Hoping to get a good nights sleep as the next three days will be non-stop kid duty since there is no school. I am used to being alone all the time, so this is quite a different situation for me. Good night or good morning, depending on which part of the world you are in.
