Every night
I pretty much have to take Benadryl every night to sleep. I never take more than 2. Today is my first day of sobriety this time around after 8 years. I took 2 Benadryl tonight, but i didn’t even feel the effects of it at all. I have to be up for work in 3 hours 😩
