Eh it sure is...! I'm sorry I didn't reply to your last message, I fell flat on my face again and struggled to pick myself up. However, I also decided to give meetings another try. It's difficult with my anxiety and all, but going there and overcoming my fears gives me so much hope and confidence... Like you said - it's liberating
No worries Snufs, it's really hard. Especially those first fews days after drinking for while. Good luck with the meetings. I'm hoping they will get a bit more comfortable too. It's really nerve racking at first. I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow
