Ab wheel rollout
On the third round of the rower I tweaked my lower back so I see a heating pad in my future today.
We went out for Indian (the country not Native American) last night and tonight I'm going to bake boneless chicken thighs stuffed with mozzarella cheese and wrapped in bacon. Most likely the side will be a salad.
