Open question:
what if you can't train/exercise for some reason?
what would be your programme then?

I can attest to the difficulty of remaining sober without exercise. I have been unable (and unmotivated) to exercise since my foot surgery in May and actually even before that because of the pain. It's 9 weeks since my surgery and I'm limping around now and even playing some golf, though I have a handicap flag on my cart. Last week I went to a "Sit and be Fit class" and that cheered me immensely. I should have done that much earlier. I hope as time goes on I can do more and more. I might try to ride my bicycle soon. Perhaps if I had been able to exercise, I wouldn't have struggled as much. I know I need to do MUCH more to feel better.
