I've been on sertraline (zoloft) a long time and it works well for me. I don't even remember what the side effects were at first. I just know after being on it about 3 weeks, my mood drastically changed for the better and the side effects went away. I started on 50 mg, then up to 100 mg, now at 200 mg.
There are so many antiD's to try. I hope you find one that works for you.
