Well, weekenders....
I've slipped and binged on ice-cream and cakes today.
Yes, it's a slip.
No, I am not being hard on myself.
I let social pressure make me doubt what I believe in and what is good for me even it it goes against the mainstream.
I may leave the weekenders for some time because I am just too angry right now and can get involved in the arguments about questionable benevolence of ice-cream and other sugar-loaded food in early recovery.
