At least, at first. The thought of it. But it never fails that after about 5 minutes I find it awesome. And the low intensity allows my brain to let go of some things and not be under constant agony. (You can probably tell I'm not a big fan of exercise...
) Every. Single. Time. by the end of a good walk I feel refreshed mentally.
Keep trucking. So glad to have a someone else in my same general timeframe with this around...
