Congratulations on 7 days! My big hump was days 3-5, so I hope the anxiety will get less for you from here on out.

Some suggestions from my experience:
  • drink lots of water
  • running
  • 1 spoonful of high-fat ice cream at the onset of a bad craving
  • lukewarm/cool showers
  • throw out or avoid all your 'paraphrenalia' - glasses, the route that takes you past your normal pub, etc
  • SR: Post, post, post!

I'm sure you'll get tons of other suggestions.
