Nick told me the same thing....I got us Uncle Toby's Quick Oats sachets (the Aussies will know) and one of the varieties is Golden Syrup. Nick loves it.

Mags darling ~ I can make proper porridge....I have a box, just need to be remember on the weekend. I have also been introducing Nick to crumpets and sausages/beans/eggs on Sunday night and all sorts of combinations of British?Aussie food. Lots of fun.
