I'm 10 days in. I have what can be described as brain fog. I'm eating well. Drinking plenty of good fluids and sleeping well. Sometimes anxious. I am attending a recovery group tomorrow. I think the Doc went nuts because he thought I could've killed myself going cold turkey on my own. I know the place he wants me to go to and its a run down hole attached to a closed hospital. Not doing that.
