Oh wow, 35 lb. The really bad thing is, I suffered from anorexia/bulimia for years..until the point i got pregnant with my daughter 10 years ago. From there, after having her, my drinking picked up..and I did not focus so much on weight. I ate as I pleased with zero weight gain. Now im nervous. I cant get back into that eating disorder life style. Thats not going to work. I have a drs appointment tomorrow (also take thyroid meds for hypothroidsm)..perhaps i should bring up my concerns.
