When I was kindergarten age I saw the entry “Childbirth” in an easy-reading encyclopedia. I was astounded! I looked up at my mom with wide eyes and said, “Did you know that I came out of your STOMACH?”
As if she’d actually been living under a false impression all that time, and I was clueing her in on the truth!
