On a more positive note. I saw my shrink today about my severe panic attacks. He is seeing me again in ten days instead of 2 months. He is not sure if it is just Christmas setting me off. He gave me valium to help.
its untreated alcoholism setting you off.

please dont go down that road. i lost a friend to a valium addiction- the lights were on but noone was home until the lights were turned off.
