Lost day yesterday and scary night with numbness and weird
feeling. Like a bad omen. Like my heart will stop.
I can't have nothing right now; need to taper. But feeling
somewhat normal, at least not like I'm going to die.
Prayers out to all of you going through this - prayers seem
to be the most powerful thing there is.
