Back to day One. I am not as bothered by relapse as I am optimistic about recovery.
I stopped taking a pause when the triggers showed up and listened to the AV. In the words of my mentor, "How'd that work for ya?" Not so good, so here we go again! Here's to my first sober holiday season in more than thirty years!
