Good Morning and good job recognizing what you need to do.
Setting a plan for your day will help you get through it, I have to do the same thing. I can understand WANTING to drink, I still struggle with wanting to, especially over the weekends. I miss the feeling of being drunk, I don't miss the hangovers and realizations of what I did while drunk.
One day at a time, you can do this. Holding yourself accountable and being honest with yourself obviously helps.
