I'm so sorry!
I lost my Mom, too, to a sudden heart attack 3 years ago. It was so sudden that it was a complete shock, so I know the need you have to tell people to treat the ones you love like it was their last day (or our's). Just to love on them no matter what cuz death can come so quickly.
