My advise is to hit some meetings and announce yourself as a newcomer and ask for some phone numbers. Me personally, I hate the phone , but it has saved my ass on numerous occasions. Don't be afraid to ask for help. members of recovery programs (AA, NA are all I really know the inner workings of but I'm sure all programs are pretty much the same) will be there for you.
