I'm making thick skin on oven chips
6 years since my nan died & 6 years sober today . bitter sweet .
I've come a decent distance, there is more to go and more work to be done .
The pension thing is sensible Sao but also it's important to practice self care and nurture yourself today , part of getting sober meant i had to give up on driving myself quite so hard ..
