Sorry you are not sleeping good, it's so important to get a few good hours in every night.

I too must stop, it's not a sleep issue with me but more of the "transfer of addiction" issue. I'm drinking two pots at the least every morning, then switch to Diet Mountain Dew or Monster. I just keep saying to myself coffee is better than booze, so just like using alcohol - I can justify this to anyone at anytime.
