I too am coming up on one week sober...Sunday was my start. I'm also young (23), and I'm glad to see more young people here. I think all too often heavy drinking to the point of addiction is normalized in young people, I know it was for me.
We can do this! I'm just so glad we realized it now before it was 10/20/30 years down the line or worse.
