Good morning and happy Saturday team! Sitting in an outside room with windows open, coffee in hand and watching the sunrise. Had some temptation yesterday afternoon but pushed through. I kept thinking what a bad investment it would be to sacrifice 14 hours of Saturday feeling emotionally and physically terrible to get two hours of beer buzz on Friday night. Glad I chose freedom as I feel wonderful and have a full day ahead.
Much love out to everyone! Jezzi, I get the sadness thoughts too, just try and realize that we are doing this for a reason, and each time we relapse it is because we get tricked by that stupid voice! Try not to miss that thing that is trying to kill you and disrupt your family.
