It's just the AV, using it as an excuse to tempt you in to questioning your resolve - laugh at it and carry on with your journey. The AV is getting weaker, its hoping to strengthen itself with this last ditch attempt to derail you. You're on top of your game now, you don't need to listen to it anymore.
