Pains me to say it, but the above posters are all correct. It will not get better until she wants to stop drinking for herself. Not for you, or your relationship, or her job, or anything else. Alcoholism is lord and master of its victim. Nothing else even comes close in importance. And unfortunately, that includes love. You can't fix her or make her want to fix herself.
