Hello again
Hi friend at SR. I am currently going through withdrawals again, I hadn't been drinking so much lately but enough to feel embarrassed to post on SR forums. I had three beers last night. Who would have thought that it would be enough to trigger withdrawal symptoms. I've vomited several times, unable to sleep, have the sweats, inability to keep anything down, terrified of leaving my room, the indescribable anxiety and high blood pressure etc.
Quitting is so hard. It surrounds me everywhere I go. I can't ever seem to get over the three week mark. I'm still trying to get out of the service industry. I am hoping it will help
