I can relate ~ I'm normally "one of the quiet ones" and it's always taken me a good buzz to start to open up ~ then you can't shut me up! I've been taking drum lessons & my instructor keeps saying how he has more confidence in me than I do. People have been saying that all my life.....now I need to have the confidence without the liquid courage.
