Day 3 worries
I've got to Day 3 three times now in the last 13 days and relapsed twice and I'm worried I'm gonna do the same today.
Woke up a bit confused and foggy and then felt like this anxiety just pour into my body like water into a jug (more like vodka into a bottle).
Just want to cry like a baby right now.
