Welcome Hidden! In my opinion, anyone who has to think about the possibility of getting help to stop has a problem. Most people don't give alcohol that much thought. This is when I realized I needed to stop for good - the obsession was there, and I found myself worried before functions where there would be alcohol that I would overdo - and I usually did.
