Thanks Optimist for sharing this as i have ADD aswell and find it really hard to cope when i stop drinking. Maybe i need to look at plans aswell.

Does anyone else have a plan? What does your plan look like? There are great resources here and that's where I got my ideas for my plan, which is actually printed out and kept in a folder.
