Hey Mish !!!! Day 10 for me too. Re the tiredness I am have good quality sleep however I am still waking up tired. It takes me a little while to come around.
The guilty feeling has gone though so that horrible knot in my stomach is there no more. This is going to be the first week that I don't have to put my bottle recycling box out for the bin men.
