But you would know. Then soon after you would sink into the hell of anxiety..panic and guilt wondering why you didn't just ride it out. Believe me...I have been there so many times I could have written the book. The whole thing is you do have to focus and find something you enjoy to do that takes up the time you normally imbibe.
