I am surprised to see what I can get overseas and what I can't.
Nyquil and even Aleve (for it's muscle relaxing tendencies) aren't sold in most other countries I visit. Every time I go to the pharmacy to grab something when I'm traveling and they don't have it, it really makes me wonder what's in it! There's always a pretty good reason too.
