My old vision was near sighted, and at the last I needed glasses to read street signs while driving. And my vision is now reversed. I can see most excellently from about 3 feet to infinity. No complaints about my vision out there. I bought some dollar reading glasses and the 1.5X seems about right. I can't fault the middle and far vision.
