Congratulations on 12 days!

It's very positive that you're looking at all different recovery options. With regards to the anxiety, it will pass but in the meantime avoid caffeine all together if you can, same for loads of sugar (but that can help with cravings so it's a double edged sword!) and I definitely recommend going for a walk to get some of the energy out and having a long bath to relax the muscles.
