How do I cope with depression sober
I don't know how to cope with depression spells while sober! I am just so sad right now. I have been crying for 3 hours. I don't know how to be in life! I just don't know if I should reach out or reach in or write or draw, I don't know how to BE in LIFE!! I am so freaked out. In the past I would drink. Any advice would help. I am stuck.
