I've been trying
This week has been hard.
I'm scared to death. Last Sunday I had six beers, then 2 every day for the rest of the week and today 4.
I don't want to do it anymore. It doesn't make me feel better.
I just feel so bad and the scary thoughts are awful.
Please if someone could share how they got through the first few days?
I just need to know I will be okay. So pathetic I know. I just need some positive thoughts. Thank you
