Hi Gifford, with you and Newlight that makes at least three of past the three week mark today, with Teaorcoffee short on our heels (well done madam, on dealing with the cider tasting).
Today was difficult for me. For no particular reason I felt restless and anxious and had nagging thoughts about alcohol (not necessarily about having a drink myself, but just the concept of drinking in general). Spent a lot of time on SR reading.
Glad I'm going to bed in bed sober and will hopefully feel better tomorrow.
