Stay sober and the withdrawals will clear eventually.
Exercise has been a great help for me, and I do all sorts of things from
hiking to yoga to running and weight lifting.
I suggest high-quality whole-food diet, with plenty of organic produce,
a good multi-vitamin, stay well-hydrated, and plenty of sleep / low stress
time. Your body and mind need healing time.
I also regularly meditate now--nothing formal, just time alone with my
thoughts and feelings which bubble up quite a bit since I quit.
I used to drink to drown them out. Now I welcome them.
