This was a new associate I spoke with because my attorney made partner. The partner has been in and out of this with me for years, and he's been amazing about not wanting to rack up legal fees - but he's the one who finally said, "Let's just get this drafted for you - we do better work when we aren't crashing at the last minute." After so much back and forth, I knew he was right.
