Reading old journals can be frustrating because you are forced to confront the person you used to be in your past. It is easy to question why . It is easy to judge yourself. But it is only a reflection of your life, not a play by play account of everything. It has been ten years of seeking sobriety, it is only human to question why you haven't found it yet.
